Field Service Technician (Technician in Training → Lead Technician)

Chem-Dry Space Coast is a premium carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning company serving the Space Coast. We are growing and looking for the right person to train and develop into a Lead Technician running their own van.

This is not a “helper” position.

This is a performance-based role with real earning potential and long-term opportunity.

Compensation & Earning Potential:

• $18/hour paid training (typically 30–60 days based on performance)
• $800/week guaranteed base (draw)
• 20% commission on all standard jobs
• 23% commission on jobs with upgraded services (protectant, sealing, additional services)
• Bonus pay for 5-star customer reviews

Most technicians who follow the system and stay consistent earn $45,000+ annually, with higher earning potential as performance improves.

• Deliver high-quality carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning services
• Interact directly with customers in their homes and businesses
• Recommend additional services when appropriate (protectant, sealing, etc.)
• Set up and operate professional equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle
• Represent a premium brand in both appearance and service

• Monday–Friday schedule (optional Saturdays available)
• No nights
• Finish early? You’re done for the day
• Small, growing company — not a corporate environment
• Clear path to running your own van within 60–90 days

• Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
• Able to lift and handle equipment (75–100 lbs when needed — equipment aids provided)
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers
• Must be dependable and punctual
